This Work Order is entered into by and between PixelGR, LLC, and Spartan 6 Security. The Work Order establishes the scope of services and web-based applications to be provided under this agreement. The selections made below reflect a customized set of solutions prepared to support the client’s stated objectives. These terms form the basis for the work order, billing, and any continued collaboration between the parties.

The Updateable Website Package ($1,000) is a comprehensive setup with a custom-designed website and one year of secure hosting.

Here’s what to expect: We’ll start with your design style and a mobile-responsive design tailored to your brand. Once your website is live, you’ll be able to update content as needed. Using a user-friendly content management system, the site will allow you to easily make changes, such as updating service offerings, posting new content, or adding team members, without advanced technical skills.

Core Fusion Pro Pack ($2,200)

Module: Continuous AI-Backed Content Updates

Purpose: To help keep website content fresh, relevant, and consistently aligned with current search trends.

Core Features:

  • AI-Generated Blog Posts: Create industry-specific posts informed by trending topics and audience interest.
  • AI Content Refreshes: Update existing content with timely keywords and information to maintain relevance.
  • Content Scheduler: Plan updates or new posts to ensure a consistent publishing rhythm.
  • Topic Suggestions: Receive AI-driven content ideas based on engagement patterns and SEO performance.
  • Content Optimization: Enhance article structure and keyword use to strengthen search visibility.
  • Image Recommendations: Identify suitable royalty-free visuals to support each article or blog post.
  • Audience Insights: Analyze audience behavior to better align content with their preferences, including localization opportunities.

Deliverables:

  • A client form will be provided to define 26 article ideas, phrases, or focus words for use with the Core Fusion Module.
  • If a Google Business Profile is available, PixelGR, LLC will create 6 optimized posts for the profile.
  • Each article or blog post will include integrated AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), VSO (Voice Search Optimization), and LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization) elements to extend reach across AI-driven and voice-enabled platforms.
  • All written content uses PixelGR’s proprietary humanized language style, which is specifically designed to:
    • Avoid standard AI-generated phrasing patterns
    • Eliminate hidden Unicode and watermarking artifacts found in most AI text
    • Produce content that reads naturally, persuasively, and without detectable AI “tells”

🔍 Search Engine Optimization/Answer Engine Optimization ($400)

Task Breakdown:

  • Keyword Research
    • Identify relevant short-tail and long-tail keywords.
    • Use tools like Google Keyword Planner to assess search volume, competition, and intent.
    • Group keywords by topics for optimal content targeting.
    • Identifying high-value search terms that drive organic traffic and AI-based search relevance.
    • Mapping keywords to web pages to improve ranking potential.
    • Analyzing competitor search rankings, content strategy, and keyword usage.
      • Identifying gaps in their optimization to develop a more competitive SEO/AEO strategy.
  • On-Page SEO Audit
    • Conduct a comprehensive audit of the site’s current on-page SEO.
    • Review title tags, meta descriptions, headers (H1-H6), alt text, and URL structures.
    • Check the internal linking strategy and anchor text.
    • Ensuring correct keyword placement for readability and algorithmic ranking factors.
    • Technical SEO Fixes
  • Content Optimization 
    • Rewrite and optimize content based on keyword research and competition analysis.
    • Ensure proper keyword density, use of synonyms, and inclusion of secondary keywords.
    • Enhance readability, engagement, and CTA placement.
    • Enhancing site speed, mobile responsiveness, and core web vitals for improved rankings.
    • Implement canonical URLs, alt tags for images, and structured site architecture to prevent content duplication and improve accessibility.
    • Structured Data Markup Implementation (Essential for SEO & AEO)
  • Technical SEO Adjustments 
    • Optimize site speed and mobile responsiveness.
    • Address any crawl errors or broken links.
    • Implement structured data markup for improved search visibility.
    • Aligning content with voice search patterns, conversational AI, and answer-driven search results.
    • Formatting text for quick answers, structured lists, and long-tail keyword targeting to maximize AI search visibility.

Total Project Fee: $2,200 (covering all selected modules and tasks)

Payment Terms:

  • 1/2 due upon acceptance of this Work Order

  • 2nd 1/2 due upon programming completion

Hosting, Builder, and Application Fees:
PixelGR, LLC provides hosting, web builder access, and application maintenance for $29 per month when the client chooses our preferred platform. This monthly fee covers platform hosting, builder usage, and ongoing application support. Clients who choose to maintain their own hosting, builder, or third-party applications may do so; however, PixelGR, LLC is not responsible for hosting performance, builder limitations, third-party updates, or compatibility issues.

Agreement & Acceptance

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions of this Work Order, which represents the complete understanding between PixelGR, LLC, and Spartan 6 Security regarding the web design and software services specified above. Any amendments or additions must be made in writing and signed by both parties. The client affirms that it has reviewed, understands, and accepts these terms and authorizes PixelGR, LLC to proceed with the listed services.
